Be your own barista: Make cold foam at home!

This velvety addition to cold brew, lattes & teas has become trendy in recent years for its low-calorie decadence.

Cold foam is simply frothed milk without the use of heat.

Its thick, creamy, meringue-like texture allows it to sit atop any cold drink.

It's best made with non-fat milk. The higher protein content allows for better froth.

To make cold foam at home, you'll need a frother.

Options include: -a handheld frother -electric frother & steamer -French press -whisk

Syrups and spices can be added to the milk to make flavored cold foam.

Cold foam can be used in: -iced lattes -cold brew -iced tea -iced hot chocolate -iced espresso -iced cappuccino

Additional uses include: -topping ice cream -adding to a cold cocktail -dolloping on top of pudding or fruit salad
