23 one pot dinners so simple even you can’t mess them up

One of the reasons I love making one-pot dinners is because there’s less to clean up after the meal is over. But here’s another reason to try one of these 23 one-pot dinners: because you’re pretty much dumping all of the ingredients in the pot or pan at once, these recipes are nearly impossible to mess up.

When I talk about making fried chicken in my slow cooker, the word “fried” is a euphemism. I’m not really frying anything. However, the end result tastes like fried chicken that you made in the Crock Pot with minimal oil.
