Picture teeing off just feet from a shark tank, or ducking through a cave mid-round while waterfalls crash all around you. That’s the new mini golf course PopStroke just revealed for its International Drive flagship in Orlando, and it opens this December. Six sharks and stingrays included.
PopStroke isn’t your average mini golf spot, either. Think chef-driven food, full bars and courses that wind through actual waterfalls and a cave. This new flagship, which PopStroke calls its biggest yet, takes that idea even further.
PopStroke Keeps Building Bigger
PopStroke already runs more than 20 venues nationwide. Tiger Woods and TaylorMade are among the investors backing it.
Founder Greg Bartoli built the brand around mixing mini golf with chef-driven dining and social event space. The new PopStroke Orlando location doubles down on that idea.
The two-story venue sits right next to the Orange County Convention Center. That puts it within reach of both conventioneers and vacationers. PopStroke itself is headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and Dallas, Texas.
What’s Actually Inside the New Courses
The layout goes well past a typical round. Here’s what you’ll find:
- A cave at the center of the property, with a tank holding six sharks and stingrays along the path.
- Waterfalls reaching up to 13 feet tall, with one course rising directly above the property’s largest waterfall.
- Misters, shade trees and fans at every hole, plus interactive digital scoreboards and hole-in-one cameras.
- App-based scoring, plus food and drink ordering through the PopStroke app, which delivers drinks anywhere on the course.
It’s a lot to take in for a game you can usually finish in under an hour.
More Than Just Mini Golf
The venue leans just as hard into food and events. BarTenders Eatery, the property’s chef-driven restaurant, anchors the food-and-drink side. Here’s what else is on-site:
- An ice cream parlor and five bars, including a walk-up bar right on the course.
- A rooftop terrace overlooking the greens.
- A beer garden and a children’s playground.
- Full-venue buyout options, with the space already booking corporate and group events for 2027.
You could easily spend a full day here without ever finishing a round. If you’re planning an Orlando trip for December or later, this one’s worth adding to your list.
