  1. If people are rushing out of the house without eating breakfast, I doubt they have time to make any of your suggestions (all of which I’m sure are delicious). Instead, it would be much easier to buy a box of healthy cereal, Eggos, or any of the multitude of frozen breakfast sandwiches, omelets, etc.

    • Thanks for pointing that out Paul. I do suggest omelets here as well, they are great for busy mornings. The more involved recipes like waffles, for example, are great to meal prep once a week and then freeze, very similar to the Eggos you suggest. Except in this case, they are made with just two ingredients! I hope you found some inspiration and come back again to visit soon!
