  1. Have eaten mostly Mediterranean foods my entire life. 68 years young I walk 1/4 mile to 4 miles several days a week. Stabilized weight @ 98 lbs most of my life. Dr after about 43 surgeries said I was too thin 7 years ago put a pick line in made me drink nutritionally drinks and bam I gained to 160 lbs felt bad tired and v tt much complaining about my severe weight gain! Like carrying another half person around. Went back to my original diet and have lost well over 36 lbs and feeling better. Maintain a steady weight. Not overweight. Just right for your bone structure. I’m in the process of trying to lose the last 6 lbs. I know I can. I’ve reached a plateau. Any suggestions? To perhaps ? Mix it up to reach my goal?
