  1. The only recipes that are keto in this list are the Brussels sprouts and the egg bites. Soy, tofu, sugars (including honey), miso, AP flour, vegetable oil, these are not keto. Keto is no grains and the only oils allowed are animal fat, butter, ghee, olive, coconut, and avocado.
