  1. Bodies need carbs for energy. Too little, and your body will eat your muscles. I’ll take complex carbs as part of my meals instead of artery-clogging high fat dishes

    • Um, no they don’t. I’ve been carb free, eating carnivore 6 months plus. My arteries are fine and I’ve even lost weight. A high carb diet gave me diabetes. A carnivore diet is reversing what all the carbs did. I am proof it does work. I actually have more energy than ever.
