You go to an NFL game for the football, but the concession stand can become part of the memory, too. Teams and stadium operators have used local references, oversized portions, and playful mashups to make game-day food feel tied to a specific place or season. These nine creations have all appeared at NFL venues, even if several belonged to past menus.

The Pizza Burger
AT&T Stadium gave burger-or-pizza indecision a 2024 answer with the Pizza Burger. The dish stacked a 16-ounce Angus beef patty between two pepperoni pizzas, then added lettuce, tomato, marinara, and melted mozzarella. It was sold at Papa John’s stands near sections 201 and 226, turning two familiar game-day foods into one very large order.
Giant Bratwursts and Cheese Curds
Lambeau Field has a Wisconsin-focused option with a name that fits the setting. The Packers describe Meat Packing Company as a restaurant concept developed exclusively for Lambeau Field. Its menu features burgers, giant bratwursts, and cheese curds, giving fans a stadium stop built around familiar Wisconsin favorites.
Turducken Loaded Potato
The Superdome has served a Turducken Loaded Potato that piled turkey, duck, and chicken onto a baked potato. Cheddar cheese and green onions finished the dish. Delish included it in its 2024 roundup of new NFL stadium foods and noted that the item was not limited to Thanksgiving season.

Cotton Candy Burrito
State Farm Stadium went all-in on dessert in 2024 with the Cotton Candy Burrito. Cotton-candy-flavored ice cream was topped with Fruity Pebbles, Froot Loops, marshmallows, Skittles, Mini M&M’s, gummy bears, and sprinkles, then wrapped in a cotton candy shell. The Cardinals introduced it during a rollout of more than 50 new food items.
Jackalope Mac Stack
Empower Field at Mile High introduced the Jackalope Mac Stack for the 2025 season. The sandwich paired a smoked sausage made from antelope, rabbit, and pork with green chile mac and cheese, blue corn tortilla, green onion, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos dust. It was served in Section 128 as one of that season’s new stadium dishes.

Nacho Duo
Levi’s Stadium put extra crunch into nachos with the Nacho Duo in 2024. The dish combined Tostitos and Fritos with chipotle chicken, guacamole, lime chicharrones, Tabasco cream, and jalapeños. It took the familiar stadium nacho format and packed several textures and flavors into the same tray.
Waffle Fry Battle Boat
Highmark Stadium’s Waffle Fry Battle Boat turned a tray of fries into a matchup. For a January 2025 playoff game against Denver, the two-foot serving put chicken fingers, sirloin steak, and barbecue sauce on the Buffalo half. The Denver half used scrambled eggs, peppers, onions, and pancetta.
Uncrustable Crunch
Arrowhead Stadium added the Uncrustable Crunch for the 2025 season. Aramark described it as a griddled Strawberry Uncrustable topped with fried chicken bites and sour apple slaw. The mashup took a familiar peanut butter and jelly snack and turned it into a savory-sweet concession item at Arrowhead Street Eats in Section 103.
Poke Nachos
SoFi Stadium added Poke Nachos to its food lineup in 2024. Crispy wonton chips were topped with ginger-marinated ahi tuna, spicy aioli, edamame, cucumber, furikake, and sesame seasoning. Chef Julio Manzo told LOCALE that the dish was one of his favorite new items created for SoFi Stadium.
A Great Stadium Bite Does Not Have to Last Forever
Stadium menus can change from one season to the next, and that is part of what makes unusual game-day food memorable. A dish does not need to become permanent to give fans a strong sense of place or a story worth telling later. If a concession menu offers something closely tied to the venue, trying it can become as much a part of the day as finding your seat.
