Reynolds Wrap just added an embossed snowflake design to its foil for the holidays, and you can use the new roll for much more than covering leftovers. The brand has a longer list of jobs in mind for its Snowflakes Fun Foil, and a couple of them have nothing to do with the kitchen.

You probably reach for foil more than a few times during the holidays, and the snowflake roll fits those same moments. Reynolds also suggests using it as gift wrap, a job you don’t usually give the plain roll in your kitchen drawer.

Reynolds Wrap Adds Snowflakes to Its Fun Foil Line

Snowflakes Fun Foil is the newest addition to the Reynolds Wrap Fun Foil line, and it’s a limited-edition holiday offering. The company says the pattern comes with the quality and performance shoppers have trusted from its foil for more than 75 years.

Snowflakes isn’t the brand’s first holiday foil, though. Reynolds Wrap introduced Fun Foil with Holiday Pattern in October 2024, with a winter design by Brittany Jepsen of The House That Lars Built. Penguins and teddy bears appear among that pattern’s holiday icons, and the company brought it back in October 2025, citing strong demand.

The Fun Foil line also includes Hearts Fun Foil, which joined the lineup in April 2026 as a permanent design.

Snowflake Foil for Potlucks and Dessert Trays

Most snowflake foil ideas still involve food. The company suggests it for holiday buffet tables and dessert trays, and you can use it to cover a dish you’re taking to a potluck.

Storing leftovers is still on the list once the meal is over. According to the brand, the pattern can add a festive touch to everyday meals, too, not only holiday occasions.

Wrapping Gifts and Making Winter Crafts

For gift-giving, the company suggests using the foil to wrap homemade food gifts and handcrafted presents. You can also use it for winter-themed crafts and art projects.

Nancy Gannon, who heads up marketing for Reynolds Wrap and Bakeware, said the holidays are “filled with opportunities to create, celebrate and connect with others.”

Where to Find Snowflakes Fun Foil

You can order Snowflakes Fun Foil online nationwide through Walmart and Amazon. Walmart and Kroger also stock it in stores, as do other retailers.

If you’re baking for a cookie exchange or packing up treats to give away this month, you can wrap them in snowflakes instead of plain silver. Once you’ve finished wrapping, keep a few sheets aside for holiday decorating, since Gannon named decorating as another way to use the foil this season.
